J. Stephen Doran

New Port Richey Personal Injury Attorney

Steve Doran was born in Miami, Florida and grew up in Stone Mountain, Georgia. He attended Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, and then returned to Florida in 1977, where he received his law degree from Nova University School of Law in 1985. He has practiced in New Port Richey since 1991 and is engaged solely in the representation of victims of serious personal injury.

Leadership, Membership And Honors

Steve is admitted to practice in all State Courts in Florida and the United States Supreme Court. He is a past President of the West Pasco Bar Association, Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association, and a member of the Florida Justice Association. He is proud to have served three (3) terms on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee for the Sixth Circuit for a total of 9 years as well as the Florida Bar Committee for the Unauthorized Practice of Law. In addition, Steve has had the honor of being President of the Holiday Rotary Club in Holiday, Florida.

Recently, he served as a member of the Board of Trustees for Morton Plant/Mease North Bay Hospital for five (5) years and was elected Chairman. Both Steve and his wife, Robyn, have been active in North Bay Hospital’s special fund-raising events such as “One Magical Night” and the Christmas Tree Lighting for the community children.

Michael E. Beam

New Port Richey Personal Injury Attorney

Indiana native Michael Beam moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1986. He earned his B.A., with honors, from the College of Business Administration at the University of South Florida, Tampa, in 1992. He went on to receive his law degree, also with honors, from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg in 1996, where he was a member of the Moot Court Team, the Stetson Law Review, and the recipient of the Victor O. Wehle award for Trial Advocacy. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court.

Due to Michael’s lifelong interest in history, firearms and various shooting activities, he also practices in the rapidly developing field of firearms law. He is a Life member of the NRA, and an NRA certified instructor. He represents clients in a variety of firearms related matters, including purchase denials, correcting inaccuracies in criminal background information, denials or delays in processing applications for concealed weapon licenses, recovery of seized firearms, creating firearms trusts, and other firearms related issues regulated by state or federal law.

Anna Farrell

Anna Farrell was born in New York but grew up right here in New Port Richey, Florida. She went to Ridgewood High School, received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Florida, and received her law degree from Barry University School of Law in 2014. Anna is admitted to practice in all State Courts in Florida.

Leadership, Membership And Honors

Anna was the recipient of the Charles Modica award at her graduation from Barry. The Charles Modica Award is given to one graduating student each year for their leadership and mentoring on campus. Anna was also a member of the Child and Family Journal where she held the positions of Lead Articles Editor and Senior Editor.

Anna is a member of the West Pasco Bar Association, a member of the Florida Justice Association, and a member and President Elect for the Port Richey Rotary Club. Anna also sits on the board of directors for the Good Samaritan Health Clinic in New Port Richey.

Kelly N. Wagner

New Port Richey Personal Injury Attorney

Kelly Wagner was born in Virginia but grew up right here in New Port Richey, Florida, where she graduated from Gulf High School. Kelly is a double Gator having received her bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering Sciences from the University of Florida in 2015 and her law degree from The University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 2018. Kelly is admitted to practice in all State Courts in Florida.

Leadership, Membership And Honors

Kelly was inducted into the University of Florida Hall of Fame, which is a recognition for students who have shown superior leadership and achievement through their activities and scholarship while members of the UF community. This honor is limited to no more than 25 students throughout the entire university each year. Upon graduation, Kelly was also selected as a member of UF Law’s chapter of the Order of the Coif. During law school, Kelly served as a Senior Research Editor for the Florida Law Review; a teaching assistant for Legal Writing, Appellate Advocacy, and Trial Practice; the Internal Relations Coordinator of the Student Recruitment Team; and a member of Florida Blue Key.

Kelly previously practiced law in Tampa, but she looks forward to serving the New Port Richey community in the days ahead.
